libcogl-pango0-dbg software package provides Object oriented GL/GLES Abstraction/Utility Layer (debug files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcogl-pango0-dbg
libcogl-pango0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcogl-pango0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcogl-pango0-dbg *
You will get with libcogl-pango0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
